Join us for the LEAD EA Network Annual Recognition Ceremony, a heartfelt afternoon dedicated to celebrating the incredible Executive Support Professionals who keep our workplaces running smoothly every day.

This annual event provides Executives with the opportunity to formally recognise and celebrate their support staff for their outstanding contributions and commitment to excellence within their roles.

The Ceremony will be held at lunchtime

Hosted by the LEAD EA Network and proudly supported by Capital EA, the lunch will feature:
✨ Inspiring keynote and recognition ceremony
🍽️ A plated main course and antipasto platters
🥂 Celebration drinks
🏛️ Networking

Each winning recipient will receive an engraved trophy, and all finalists will be presented with a Certificate of Recognition as our way of saying a big thank you for your contribution to the role.

Dress: Smart Casual, with a touch of red ❤️ or pink 🩷 

Smart casual attire is encouraged — and while the theme adds a bit of colour, everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of their wardrobe choice!

  • Leading (Executive Assistants with 5-15 yrs experience)
  • Pathways (Executive Assistants with 15+ yrs experience)
